Scale-ups through to FTSE-equivalent enterprises. I've run £20m+ programmes in banking and global retail, and leaner engagements where the value is in structural clarity, not scale.
Most of my background is in regulated financial services, retail, and identity — across cloud, data, cybersecurity, and AI-enabled platform delivery. Most recently that includes applying AI to accelerate platform support and delivery inside a global retail organisation. Do you work remotely?
Yes — remote-first. I've led distributed, multi-geography programmes across the UK, Brazil, Australia, and the Gulf. Hybrid on-site by arrangement.
